Courses for School Groups

RTC has extensive experience of providing leisure and academic courses for school groups. We have a number of tried and trusted courses to fit the needs of GCSE and A-level students, taking in an itinerary which is both educational and of general interest, furthering the development of inquisitive minds and meeting the needs of various specifications. We can tailor any course to meet the individual needs of a school’s curriculum and provide specialist input in Environmental Science, Geology, Geography and Biology and, at the same time, visit some of the spectacular scenery and Iceland features which attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Costs will vary according to the time of year that the course is undertaken, the number of individuals attending and the itinerary chosen. Hence, prices are not shown on the website. However, we can very quickly give you an estimate of cost once itinerary, transport and accommodation has been chosen.

As part of our desire to provide value for money we regularly use Minniborgir cottages, for south west Iceland trips. This complex provides excellent accommodation and a central ‘teaching’ room at competitive prices. Depending on the needs of the group, full board, half board, bed and breakfast or full self-catering can be organised.
